These meditations are designed to be used alongside my book, The Full Spirit Workout. I wrote these meditations to help you relax your mind and body, increase energy, improve resilience and performance, boost confidence, stop self-sabotage, experience more fulfilling relationships, create new (and improved) core belief systems, develop your divine wisdom, discover your divine purpose, and embody limitless possibilities. All while managing your anxiety, melting away stress, and improving your mood naturally.
Scientific studies have proved that meditation actually changes your brain waves. It also soothes your emotions and expands your spirit. It’s true spiritual fitness in progress!
If you’ve never meditated before, don’t worry! There’s nothing you have to do but breathe and relax as best you can. There’s no wrong way to do it. Be open to new insights as you meditate. I recommend keeping a pen and journal nearby to write down anything inspiring that may arise as you return home to yourself, your truth, and your power. Enjoy the journey!
